(And, of course, it's not as if I have to walk more than a few blocks down 士巴丹拿道 to see English-to-Chinese translations on street signs, but those are an expression of neighbourhood identity more than a courtesy to sinophone tourists. And as far as I know, they're accurate (as much as "translating" proper names into a language that uses a logographic writing system can be "accurate")—as I should hope they would be, since it's not as if the city would have much trouble finding people competent to proofread them.)
